Food Friday Rewind 7/13

On Friday July 13, 2018 guests who attending our Food Friday (Party on the Patio Series) were anything but unlucky. Inspired by the blossoming season of fresh fruits and vegetables in the region, Chef Matt tried his hand at the Farm to Table trend, incorporating locally sourced green peppers and escarole made a healthy pairing that captured the taste of summer in Upstate New York. On a bed of fresh greens and beans, each guest enjoyed a stuffed green pepper with slow cooked braised chuck roast mixed with fresh seasonings, rice, and fresh tomato broth to finish it off. Dallas Green paid a visit to the patio on Friday as well. Playing a little bit of everything from classic rock, to Motown, to modern indie pop there was no shortage of great selection. Music blending in the air as guests mingled and enjoyed a relaxing evening not worry about what’s for dinner.
