We are pleased to announce some exciting changes that will take place at our tasting room this summer! Our entire team has been working hard to bring about this new chapter and we are ready to share and welcome you to celebrate with us.

First Fridays by Max Rochester

New to the tasting room, starting on June 7, 2019, we will be hosting First Fridays! On the first Friday of every month, in partnership with Max Rochester, we invite you to join us at the tasting room for a fresh and delicious signature prepared meal. Bring friends and family to enjoy a chef-inspired meal while listening to live music performed by local and aspiring artists. We are proud to feature our handcrafted cider and spirits, and look forward to sharing new and delicious creations with you in the future.

Private Events

In addition to First Fridays, we have partnered with Max Rochester to host private events onsite at our tasting room and fruit farm. If you have an upcoming wedding, shower, or any other celebratory event, we would love to work with you! Our property, located in Williamson, NY, provides the perfect location to welcome guests and enjoy a full-service venue in a rustic and intimate setting. Max Rochester has an outstanding track record of event planning success, and we look forward to working with them.

Live Music and Tasting Room Hours

We look forward to continuing to provide an enjoyable tasting experience when you visit our tasting room. Our hours of operation will continue as posted. On Friday evenings other than our First Fridays, we welcome you to join us at our tasting room for live local music, and complementary light fare.

Thursday: 3pm - 7pm

Friday: 3pm - 10pm

Saturday: 12pm - 7pm

Sunday: 12pm - 7pm
